The clients’ security is the company’s concern; hence the brief policy is designed to let them know the kind of data Travel Codes Maldives collect and how they are used. Travelers may inquire, make a request, or register with us through our website. Names, address, email, phone number, nationality/country have to be filled out. Any bank details are not included. Clients may book through our website or over the telephone. The qualified person in charge for booking (‘lead name’) should be of legal age, 18 years old and above and will become the representative of the group.

Medical and Disability Condition: Any medical condition, disability, or special requirements needed should be stated first before making any confirmation in booking in writing form with complete details. Inform us if there are changes in condition or disability before, during and after the booking. Cancellation policy of Travel Codes Maldives will be followed in the changes to be done.
Special Requests: Special requests for rooms or food are considered, but subject to availability. We will inform if there is an extra charge for the request(s).

Changes to Your Booking: In case of changes in booking after the invoice had been issued, a written request is needed from the person or agent who made the booking Travel Codes Maldives will study the request and if it is possible, the company will make necessary changes with equivalent payment needed. If the newly holiday package was chosen with lower value than that of the original booking, the company has the right to levy cancellation charges. Changes within 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are not allowed.

Weather & Tidal Conditions: Weather conditions change from time to time and the Meteorological office, local tourist offices and other sources give us information though the 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. They only serve as a guide. Maldives has a tropical climate where strong winds and heavy rainfall occasionally occur at certain times of the year. Due to the unpredictable weather conditions, Travel Codes Maldives has no responsibility in the statistical information provided, and will not be liable in making refunds or pay compensation for alternative arrangements, damage to property or restricted holidays as a result of such conditions.
Before choosing a destination, refer to meteorological websites first and look for the latest and most up-to-date information on tides. Some destinations featured are subject to tides at specific times of the year which can affect swimming. There may be restrictions on the chosen island due to strong currents or sea defenses which protect the island beaches. We highly recommend listening to local advice to ensure safety.
Changes Due To Circumstances beyond Our Control: In the event of unexpected circumstances which are out of control such as war, terrorist attack, natural disaster, fire, riot, industrial dispute, epidemics, bad weather conditions and the like, Travel Codes Maldives is not liable to pay any compensation to the clients. Force majeure is unavoidable and hard to predict; thus, the company does not have any obligation to pay back for the damage or loss.
Travel Documentation: Travel Codes Maldives offers assistance for passport and visa requirements, however, it is the client’s duty to ensure and check the exact requirements needed in the Embassy or Consulate. The client has the responsibility to confirm the passport details especially expiration date and corresponding visa to gain access to any country or region included in the tour package. In some events, countries refuse entry to people who have criminal records. The person who booked the tour has the full responsibility to ensure the validity of documents of all the members included in the tour. Travel Codes Maldives is not liable to compensate any loss, damage, or fines for any failures to comply. Room Availability: Room availability is checked upon the schedule presented through email. Reservations are subject to the availability at the time of booking and once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent.
Check – in & check – out Timings: The standard check – in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival and check – out time is 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-ins can be requested based on the availability of the rooms.
Travel Codes Maldives is open to any changes to the general terms and conditions in accordance to the client’s requirements at all times.
Terms and conditions may have rectification at any time without prior notice. Once the changes have been made, they will take effect immediately and the website will be updated. The rectified terms and conditions shall be accepted and followed by the clients.
